The thermodynamic state of sea water is discused by the systems of I,N and Fe and some properties of physical chemistry of sea water. It is coneluded that the sea water is at thermodynamic unstable state in many systems in consequence of biological activity, water movement and chemical process of estuary. If sea water leaves the nature, it tends to thermodynamic stable state automatically.
