摘要

随着我国滩海石油工业的迅速发展和上陆海底管线的兴建,滩涂区海土腐蚀性的调査研究就显得更为紧迫和重要,然而,目前国内仅在个别海区作过有关工作,国外虽在海土腐蚀性评价等方面作过一些工作(BbIXPИCTHOK,1974; Roger,1980; Karl,1981),但直接关滩涂海土腐蚀性试验研究方面的报道甚少。作者于1991年12月至1993年11月在渤海西岸塘沽和南岸羊角沟两处典型滩涂海土中进行了钢材埋片腐蚀试验研究,研究了典型钢材在滩涂海土中腐蚀的主要规律,获取了钢材在渤海典型滩涂海土中的耐蚀性基础资料,为渤海滩涂区海底设施的防腐设计和评价研究渤海滩涂海土的腐蚀性提供了重要依据。

Abstract

A corrosion testing of steel (A and API5LX52)was conducted in the beach soil of Tanggu and Yangjiaogou situated in Bohai Sea coast for two years. The average corrosion rates of A, steel and API5LX52 steel are 0.035-0161mm/a and the pit corrosion rates are 0.356-1.56mm/a The corrosivenesses of beach soil are different according to the positions and depth of beach soils. The corrosiveness of Tanggu beach soil is stranger than the Yangjiaogou, and the -1.0m layer soil of Tanggu and Yangjiaogou have stronger corrosiveness than the-1.5m layer and the surface layer.
