The present study is based on the collection of Gammaridea from Hong Kong，Daya Bay and adjacent waters, South China Sea, by Dr. Huang Zangguo, Mrs Chen Peishan and Dr. Yan Wenxia during the years 1986-1990. The materials came from test panels, buoy and intertidal zone. There are 15 species belonging to 8 families and 12 genera, of these, 8 Species are recorded for the first time from the China Sea.
